Rule 57
Condition relating to offer

(1) Proposals containing any of the following shall not be admissible: (a) Subjects prohibited by Article 105 of the Constitution or contrary to any other provisions of the Constitution, (b) Containing more than one subject, (c) The subject matter is unclear or uncertain, (d) ) contains false arguments, conjectures, sarcasm, irrelevant, objectionable or any other conjectural or objectionable matter, (e) refers to the conduct of a person in a personal capacity other than in a public or governmental capacity, (f) a decision of the National Assembly or any of its committees or criticizing the matter under consideration in the assembly, (g) judicial or quasi-judicial bodies or officials established in accordance with prevailing laws or commissions or committees constituted to investigate, make suggestions, and submit reports in accordance with prevailing laws, (h) mentioned the matter under consideration in the current session Attempts are made to repeat the discussions that have already taken place, (j) rude language is used, (j) any decision or action of the Council of Ministers is discussed, which includes topics that are certified by the Council of Ministers that may affect sensitive issues such as national security, geographical integrity or diplomatic relations. , and (t) the question of privilege has been raised.
